Identity and operator
Qorentiq is the product identity. Digital Trendz is identified as the operator for the public website and product programme. Operator contact is provided through the official Digital Trendz contact channel.
Commercial licensing
Qorentiq-specific software, modifications, documentation, product content, and visual identity owned by Digital Trendz are commercial materials. Source or artifact access does not by itself grant production, redistribution, resale, hosted-service, partner, OEM, or evaluation rights.
Use of those Qorentiq Materials requires a written Commercial Agreement issued or signed by Digital Trendz. The agreement defines the licensed customer, edition, modules, users, instances, environments, term, support, and any other limits. Customer-facing agreements require authorized legal review before the first commercial release or sale.
Upstream and third-party rights
Qorentiq includes modified upstream material distributed under the Apache License 2.0. Those Apache-2.0 rights remain available for the material they cover and are not restricted by Qorentiq's commercial terms. Required copyright, licence, patent, attribution, and NOTICE information remains applicable.
The Qorentiq identity, modifications, positioning, and operation are independent from upstream projects. Inclusion of upstream material does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Endpoint status
Reserved names are namespace plans, not public service promises. Disabled endpoints must not be activated until signed artifacts, update metadata, and their supporting security controls exist.
Compatibility identifiers
Opaque identifiers may remain inside environment-variable fallbacks, data schemas, service identifiers, filesystem paths, or migration records. They preserve technical compatibility and provenance, but are never presented as the public product identity.
Names, marks, and third-party rights
Qorentiq branding and commercial terms do not replace third-party copyright, licence, patent, or trademark notices. Each dependency and external service retains its applicable terms. Nothing on this page is a representation that trademark registration or clearance has been completed.
